Facility Updates (4/1/2022):
The safety of our staff and clients remains our priority throughout this pandemic. Given the CDC latest guidance, we have made the decision to implement this policy:
- individuals are still required to wear a face mask upon entering the facility.
COVID Updates: taking extra measures to keep you safe.
We recognize this is an unprecedented time, bringing uncertainty and unease. Here’s what we’re doing to create a safe and secure environment:
- Spaced out appointment: we are limiting number of patients in the practice.
- Infection prevention precautions: we thoroughly clean and sanitize all treatment rooms, common area, door handles, bathroom by using 70% ethanol and UVC light.
- Screening: we’re screening patients for COVID-like symptoms. We’re not seeing COVID positive patients in person.
- Face mask precautions: all clinic staff are required to wear a mask.
- Offer virtual appointment for herbal prescriptions.
Telemedicine:
- We are offering real-time, virtual appointment simply using your existing mobile device or computer.
- Telemedicine visits are limited to HERBAL MEDICINE only. We offer curb-side pickup or shipment to your home.
